AFFA-Millington/Academics/Grade K-5/Curriculum

Kindergarten Instruction

K-5 instruction develops the student's understanding of the relationship between reading and writing. Atoka Family Fellowship's curriculum offers instruction in the following:

  • Phonics
  • Reading and listening comprehension
  • Science
  • Literature
  • Mathematics
  • Heritage Studies

Math Studies are interactive and engaging as the students are  offered use of technology to build upon mathematical strategies and fundamentals taught in class.

Bible Truths and Chapel

Atoka Family Fellowship Academy shares the love of Jesus with students each and everyday day. AFFA helps students achieve a relationship with Jesus based upon their reliance of him throughout their lives. As a God fearing people we trust, believe and teach the following topics:

  • Creation
  •  Studies of both Old and New Testament Stories and Characters
  • The Life of Jesus

Chapel service is offered to students each Wednesday morning. Chapel services are designed to help build faith based principles and character as students grow older. Chapel services glorify God, serves as biblical instruction, and provides opportunities for personal application.
